In Windows 10 they added a feature called Window-Auto Tuning. Its default state is on which can slow internet speed in some cases. Follow the steps exactly and it will disable the feature and may increase your internet speeds on the computer.

1. Press the Windows-key, type cmd.exe, hold down Shift and Ctrl keys, and hit enter.
2. Confirm the UAC prompt that opens.
3. Run the command "netsh interface tcp show global" without quotations

4. If “Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level” is set to normal, then run the following command to disable it: "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled"

Now restart your computer and see if you speed has increased. If not don't worry simply use the same command but replace "disabled" with "enabled"
